Healthy Gaming:
a programme for managing video games wisely as a family.

“Healthy Gaming” is a pioneering initiative that aims to balance the use of video games within the family, promoting a mindful and responsible approach to this form of entertainment.

The World Health Organization (WHO)

The World Health Organization (WHO) has recognised video game addiction as a mental disorder, noting that a minority of players may develop an addictive pattern of video game use with symptoms similar to those of addiction.

This recognition underlines the importance of taking this disorder seriously and implementing strategies for prevention, early detection and appropriate treatment.
